Disco Moves (formerly Walkeoke) is a joy filled hour of easy, low impact dances for anyone who wants to get moving, loves a bit of a boogie but doesn't feel motivated by formal exercise.

This is a space to enjoy moving your body within your own comfort level - put in as much or as little energy as you've got - and remember that there is no judgement, no right or wrong, just the freedom to have FUN!

We welcome seated movers too and anyone recovering from an injury, managing a health condition or returning to exercise after a break will find a very supportive and accommodating environment and the ability to tailor all elements to your unique needs.

Flexible bundle £24 (4 x £6) - no expiry on the credits, come and go as you please

Unlimited bundle £20 (valid for one calendar month only) - come as much as you like within one month to any of the sessions

A new set of tunes every week, we are all smiles as we move. All my groups are full of the friendliest, most welcoming people - with 20 somethings to 80 somethings taking part, if you love your 60s-80s tunes then you're in for a treat!

I often take a taster version of my sessions to local community groups, inc all the local WIs, and recently, Ramsay Trefoil Guild and the Third Thursday Club.
